YOU CAN LOVE GOD AND STILL HAVE A LOUD MIND.

You can know Scripture and still overthink. You can believe the Word and still find your thoughts running ahead of your peace. You can pray. Journal. Worship. Read your Bible…

…and still need somewhere to stay with what God has already said.

Sometimes you do not need another word. You need time with the Word you already have.

To hear it. Speak it. Breathe. Repeat it. Remain with it. Remember it.

That is where Meditate With Me begins.

THE PRACTICE IS ANCIENT.

THE SOUND IS NEW.

Biblical meditation did not begin with the modern wellness industry.

God was teaching His people to meditate thousands of years ago.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night…” - Joshua 1:8 KJV

Before Joshua crossed over, took territory, or led a nation into promise, God addressed what would remain in his mouthand in his meditation.

The Hebrew word hagah carries the sense of pondering, murmuring, muttering, speaking.

Joshua was not simply told to read the Word.

He was told to stay with it. Keep it in his mouth. Meditate on it.

Day and night.

The practice is ancient.

What we are pioneering is a new sound around that biblical practice:

Scripture. Original music. Breath. Spoken repetition. Immersive sound. Memory.

Welcome to Meditate With Me.

HEAR. BREATHE. SPEAK. REMEMBER.

This is the practice underneath Meditate With Me.

HEAR

We begin with Scripture.

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” -Romans 10:17 KJV

The Word enters through hearing.

BREATHE

We slow the pace long enough to pay attention.

“Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD.” -Psalm 150:6 KJV

Breath gives us a place to pause, become present, and stay with what we are hearing.

SPEAK

Biblical meditation does not remain only inside the head.

You speak. Repeat. Murmur. Agree.  The Word comes through your own mouth.

REMEMBER

Music helps us remember. Rhythm helps us remember.  Repetition helps us remember.

Sound gives words somewhere to remain. So we return to Scripture until we are no longer simply hearing it.

WE ARE CARRYING THE WORD.

HEAR. BREATHE. SPEAK. REMEMBER.

TEN TRACKS. TEN SCRIPTURE ANCHORS. ONE BODY OF SOUND DESIGNED TO HELP THE WORD REMAIN.

Stay in the Loop!
